A Powell County-based company that helps sponsor local collections for those in need through a program called Climbers That Care, help run Mountain Gear’s UClimb, and have helped in numerous other ways.
Oh, our dear Miguel’s. The provide us tasty pizza while also being incredible sponsors of the RRGCC. In addition to generous donations, Miguel’s hosts the annual Red River Reunion, proceeds of which go to help pay for the annual PMRP mortgage.
The Benchmark Outfitters
A Cincinnati-based company – with a store in Lexington, too – that specializes in providing quality outdoor equipment, The Benchmark Outfitters has been supporting the RRGCC since our inception.
Located in the northern Cincinnati suburb of Sharonville, Rockquest supported the RRGCC ever since it’s rocky inception. To this day, Rockquest continues to stand with the RRGCC.. and even helps us get a little stronger as we scramble on their tall gym walls.
J & H Lanmark
J&H is another Lexington gear store that’s been a big force in see that the RRGCC accomplishes its vital goals.
Located in Cincinnati, ClimbTime has been trumpeting our cause about as loudly as we have. It doesn’t hurt that they regularly churn out some of the area’s strongest climbers.
The Kentucky Mountain Bike Association is an important, strong partner of the RRGCC. They’re helping the RRGCC develop the land for better access and a greater diversity of use.
Red River Rockhouse
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the weekends; late lunch and dinner on the weekdays – burgers, burritos, beer, and more! They use local suppliers for their proteins and veggies, and make a mean homemade carrot cake.

In Lexington, KY (well within rest day distance) is this RRGCC-loving craft brewery. They offer free Saturday tours and a beer garden, with rotating microbrews on tap.
Based in Powell County, Lil’ Abners regularly fills up during our biggest events and they’ve always handled it with a smile.
Torrent Falls continues to be a strong supporter of the RRGCC. In the past, they’ve helped host Rocktoberfests and organize trail days.

Red River Gorge Zipline Tours
Zip across the beautiful Red River Gorge canopy, 300 feet in the air, reaching speeds up to 55 mph! A unique and thrilling way to spend a day at the Red.
The Access Fund has been there from the beginning. In 2010, they helped us refinance our mortgage and save more than $10k.
Petzl helped kick off the current era of the RRGCC and Rocktoberfest. In 2008, Petzl brought RocTrip, an international climbing festival, to the Red and the momentum has kept Rocktoberfest going to this day. That’s in addition to several grants totaling in the tens of thousands
Mountain Gear is a very active sponsor of the RRGCC, hosting a UClimb event every year since 2008. This event not only introduces people to climbing but also raising several thousand dollars each year for the RRGCC.
