  • Graining Block (a.k.a. "Roadside Park")
    Camping by permit is now allowed at "Roadside." The website grainingblockhub.com describes the location and the process.
  • Koomer Ridge Camp Ground - $14/night
    From Mtn Parkway, take Slade exit #33, turn left, turn right past the Shell station onto Rt. 15, stay on that for about 4 miles
  • Lago Linda Hideaway - $5/night

    From Mtn Parkway, take Slade exit #33, go south on Rt. 11, right on 498, right on 52, left on 399, left onto her gravel drive
  • Land of the Arches - $5/night

    From Slade, KY (Mountain Parkway), Drive 8.4 miles on KY 11, past Torrent Falls until you reach the junction with KY 715, which makes a sharp left. Continue down KY 715 for about a mile, passing a small church on the right. The campground is on the right – orange cones mark the entrance. There was an old flea market there – so there may be signs for it.
